Emmer & Rye RGI put together a relationship with Julia's on Queen Anne and Seth Caswell to do Emmer & Rye. Seth had the concept of Emmer & Rye and was looking for a home. Julia's in this location was looking for a "chef-driven" concept. A perfect fit with an ending that is successful for all. Zato Grill RGI found the location, negotiated the lease on behalf of the client, worked on the Brand development with Tim Girvin design, developed the interior design format with Sue Genty Interior Design, assisted in the construction management, developed the food & beverage menus, hired the chef & kitchen staff, hired and trained the management team & service staff, implemented the bookkeeping systems & controls, and developed & implemented the marketing plan. Archery Bistro Chef Dan Thiessen has teamed with the Mckittrick family who own the shopping center in Normandy Park to start a "Neighborhood Bistro". Dan features hand-crafted food suited to the palate of the local marketplace with an extensive "affordably" priced wine by the glass program. BLOSSOM ASIAN BISTRO in downtown Renton. Blossom is a neighborhood Asian bistro featuring Izakaya (small plates). The menu highlights are 16 hand made sushi rolls, gyoza (pot stickers), 10 salads, stir-fried noodles, tempura seafood & vegetables, noodle soups, fried rice and a host of seafood, chicken and beef. FALL CITY ROADHOUSE, Fall City, WA Fall City Roadhouse formerly, The Riverside Tavern and The Colonial Inn has had a presence in the Snoqualmie Valley since the original building was erected in 1916-17. The duplex, which still stands behind the corner location, was moved away from the intersection of Preston Fall City Road and Highway 202 to make way for a large one story restaurant.
